Shipping policy

The store serves legal entities exclusively. Delivery is prepared using the products in the order and the address supplied by the buyer.

Shipping cost

The exact cost is calculated from the delivery address, order contents, quantities and product weights. It is shown in the cart and order summary before the buyer proceeds to secure payment. If the courier cannot calculate a destination or exceptional shipment automatically, we will contact you before dispatch.

Processing and transit time

Processing depends on product availability and validation of the order details. Transit time depends on the destination, courier schedule and delivery-network conditions. If an order requires additional confirmation, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.

Address and contact details

Provide the county, locality, street, number, postcode and any access details required for delivery. A valid telephone number is needed to communicate with the person receiving the parcel. Check the address before completing the order; missing or incorrect details may delay delivery or generate additional costs.

When the parcel arrives

Check the parcel condition and the number of packages received. If you notice visible damage, record it with the courier and contact us promptly, keeping the packaging, shipping label and delivery documents.
