Terms of service

We serve LEGAL ENTITIES EXCLUSIVELY, primarily forestry companies and professional users. The company offers a range of chainsaw accessories, including professional products, at competitive prices in the form of BUNDLES and/or SUBSCRIPTIONS.

We should note that we are not the OPTIMAL option for supplying just one type of product, regardless of quantity. This does not mean that we cannot supply a single product (for example, one roll of chain), but the price may be comparable to or higher than the market price.

If you still want a single product (for example, 10 chains) and know that you need it regularly each month, a SUBSCRIPTION is the suitable option. It secures a fixed price, kept AS LOW AS POSSIBLE according to the QUANTITY and PAYMENT TERMS, throughout the contract period (usually one year).

The company is not VAT-registered, so the stated prices are final.

During PROMOTIONAL PERIODS, prices are discounted, INCLUDING BUNDLES.

Benefits of receiving an invoice without VAT

One important benefit of invoicing without VAT, from the customer's perspective, is the lower cash outlay—by at least the amount of VAT charged by VAT-registered companies. This provides more flexibility because there is no need to find additional funds to cover the immediate cash requirement created by a price that would also include VAT.

There may also be a positive effect on the calculation of taxes payable to the state budget by balancing recorded income and expenses, which can result in lower taxes.
